* Use PlayerJoinEvent for UniqueIdCache over PlayerLoginEvent (#48) * Remove build dependency on WorldGuard and replace its usage in code with MethodHandles hell * Replace some async Teleport internal invocation code with MethodHandles hell * Remove Sonatype OSSRH repository * Update some build dependencies (shadow, foojay resolver) * Add new metric: unique id cache size
Resolves #48
Fixes compatibility with newer minecraft versions.
