WHAT
Migrates the Identity Hub and Issuer Service database dependency from the bitnami/postgresql chart to the cloudpirates/postgres chart.
WHY
To align the component with the long-term Tractus-X database strategy. This change provides the performance and security benefits of the latest PostgreSQL release and prepares the service for future official releases without requiring disruptive major-version migrations.
FURTHER NOTES
It has been tested correctly as it shows, to reproduce you have to enable persistence in both components.
