…pendency from notebooks (#39) * Update EDA Mosaics notebooks and requirements files, Remove legacy dependency from notebooks * Update execution counts in Jupyter notebooks and bump `earthdaily` version to 1.5.1 in requirements files - Adjusted execution counts in multiple Jupyter notebooks to maintain consistency after previous runs. - Updated `earthdaily` package version from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 in requirements files for both EDA Mosaics and Getting Started applications, ensuring compatibility with the latest features and fixes.
