Right now only the 'type' and 'info' functions are supported. ghc-modi's `make` is still somewhat buggy.

popen2 would mix it with stdout and it would mess things up with messages from e.g. cabal.

The tests pass on my machine, but apparently it timeouts on Travis. :-( |

This is my attempt to clean up #54 and rebase on top of master and add
support for multiple packages. The commits are ordered in a way that the
first two can (and in my opinion should) be merged immediately even
before the ghc-modi part is polished and works well for everyone.
I intend to follow up with support for more commands (check, lint, ...)
soon.
