This is a backport of the PR duckdb#489 to `v1.4-andium` stable branch. This PR implements the following methods on the `DatabaseMetadata`: - `getImportedKeys` - `getExportedKeys` - `getCrossReference` Testing: new tests added for foreign keys methods.
