Global Terrorism Database

The Global Terrorism Database (GTD) records terrorism events since 1970, so includes many of the events described in the corpus. See, for example, attacks attributed to the The Extraditables. The GTD Cookbook describes the database, and has lots of interesting discussion about how the data is collected and interpreted.

Aviation Safety Network

The Aviation Safety Network (ASN) database records aviation "safety occurrences" that also appear in the corpus. For example, the bombing of Avianca Flight 203.
