Add Italian speech dataset Emozionalmente

This PR introduces the Emozionalmente dataset to the Italian (it-IT) section of the speech recognition datasets list.

• 6902 acted samples by 431 non-professional Italian speakers.
• Covers 18 sentences simulating the Big Six emotions (anger, disgust, fear, happiness, sadness, surprise) plus neutrality.
