The RegexOptions enum gained AnyNewLine = 0x0800 in .NET 11 preview. Update the 'Enums should have fields' test to expect this new field. Also fix NonBacktracking to use 'box' consistently with other entries. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
