Now, basic script dependencies, such as FSharp.Core, are taken from the location of the FCS host process. This can lead to unexpected errors if the tooling provides a version of FSharp.Core that is different from the one provided by the SDK within
sdkDirOverride.This PR fixes the search for the basic dependencies by considering the provided
sdkDirOverrideoption.
