Updates the Azure .NET package index include files to reflect the latest published version for Azure.ResourceManager.DisconnectedOperations, switching the entry from a preview package to a stable release.
Changes:
- Update
Azure.ResourceManager.DisconnectedOperationsfrom1.0.0-beta.1to1.0.0in the package index tables. - Point the docs link at the non-preview API overview page for the stable release.
- Update the GitHub tag link to the
1.0.0release tag.
