feat: new security workflows

[DelfinSR]

Added 3 new workflows:

• CodeQL: analyzes the code without running it to search for vulnerabilities. Results can be found at security section of the repository.
• ZAP: runs uvlhub on docker and performs a security analysis on it. It generates a zip(which can be downloaded from the action page) and an issue with the results. This workflow is very slow.
• Snyk: performs a security analysis. It needs an api token. Results can be found at security section of the repository.
