First

• npm install Install dependent node modules
• npm run start boot up node server
• npm run client:prod deploy prod to dist folder
• npm run client:watch deploy dev to dist folder with watch ablitity
• npm run client:dev deploy dev to dist folder

Then

• http://localhost:3000 to access the server.
