Use '-' instead of ',' in celery worker names

I deployed this to staging, and am checking that the switch to a different log format is handled properly.

Assuming no additional commands are needing to ensure log rotation continues to work as intended (for example, cleaning up old log files), can either of you think of a reason this would require a changelog? It does change the process name, so I could see a PSA type of changelog, but not sure that is necessary. I'm leaning towards no. @millerdev @AmitPhulera

Just kidding this was just flower being unreliable, nothing to do with commas specifically. Leaving as is.
