In the context of oauth workflows only "redirect_uri" is used, but in the context of an oauth application data model, multiple redirect uris can be supported, so the field used in a request body is "redirect_uris". This change makes it so that the regex matches either redirect_uri or redirect_uris.
Tested on staging.
