Added missing buffer write logic after calculating checksum, size and payload
In the replay, fixed crc check only on the payload instead of full data

Evidence:

Ran set of commands that logged entries to segment wal file
Restarted to server to run Replay and connected client again to check whether db is loaded properly or not.
