#183) Add a new `chap convert-request` command that takes a create-backtest-with-data JSON request payload and converts it into a CHAP-compatible CSV file and a GeoJSON file with region boundaries. Also remove hardcoded FullData requirement from CLI dataset loading, allowing dynamic column detection from CSV files.
Convert remaining console blocks in 11_feb_presession.md to bash blocks using local fixture data. Add example_data/laos_subset_custom_columns.csv and example_data/column_mapping.json for data source mapping examples. Register presession doc in slow documentation tests.
