Basically this is a project you can open in Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019. I did this back in 2018 but I'm going to tune it up a bit to have better features. This proves contrary to most DAWs' single input selection that it is feasible to configure multiple recording devices and record from them at the same time.

Wav files will show up timestamped in the same directory as the binary.
