add option to limit amount of log files to collect

# Limit collection of log files to those with a timestamp newer than $logsMaxAgeDays days
# By default we collect all log files newer than two months old to ensure thorough discovery analysis of nodes,
#  particularly for issues on background tasks like repairs and past operator initiated faults.
# Setting to empty string will disable this and collect all log files regardless of age.
#
# Some deployments are tens to hundreds of GBs of logs kept on nodes, and this can become unweldly to upload.
#  When needed set to reduce to manageable size.
