This fixes export with a style when modules have have a specific module
order. It also fixes the style preview on the style module.

Make sure that a non default IOP order is taken into account.

When we reset the history and we have an auto-applied non default IOP
order preset we want it to take effect. There was a missing rebuild
of the pixelpipe.

Closes #20213
