Some changes from new builds inspired by (& in some cases needed for) new printer
Probably a PostScript bug, but better safe.
…also rewrote `scripts/os2weight_to_namedweight.py` so it can be included from Python as well as continuing to work from Makefile.

Comment out of README for now, will uncomment on release of v2 when I can link to released files.
