Description of changes

• Reading materials:
  • rewrote ABI-related documentation
  • added extra material on extended asm in gcc with RDTSC example
• Tasks:
  • rewrote i386 versions to work on x64
  • tested existing checker with SRC_PATH=../solution. all seems to work

The same as #126 which I closed by accident. Sorry @RaduMantu.
