I have confirmed the build produced by this change seems to work fine in Boron. I'll merge this and trigger the release build for 0.12.0 |

Description
Our current build of sentry-native (0.7.6) doesn't support custom filtering of transactions.
This PR is to try and build almost the latest version so we can get access to that functionality and avoid being left too far behind.
