Adds a page for tutoring officers to upload and view all available crib sheets. PDFs are uploaded via the website but stored in the Tutoring shared Google Drive.
This system keeps track of crib sheets and makes them viewable on their respective course descriptions.
Additionally, new Google Drive utilities were added using a service account, allowing files and folders to be created and permissions to be managed in selected folders.
