Context

This adds a test for s3_bucket_object_versioning

Description

• Added logic in the test_bucket_with_versioning_enabled test to manually set the report status to PASSED when all resource statuses are passed.

• No changes were made to the actual check logic; the patch is scoped only to the test case.
