This updates item position create/edit to resolve per‑document, per‑type endpoints dynamically and ensures parent_id is preserved in request payloads. The previous fixed endpoints were invalid for these operations and silently dropped parent_id despite DTO support, which caused create/edit to fail or behave incorrectly. Subposition types are now handled consistently, as these can be created with CreateAnItemPositionRequest and edited with EditAnItemPositionRequest like all other item positions.
