Routine dependency bump — libc 0.2.180 → 0.2.183. Only Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock are touched, checksum updated correctly. The three patch releases add platform-specific bindings (ESP-IDF, Linux, NetBSD, OpenBSD) with no breaking changes. Nothing to flag here.
