The current max DPE certificate size is 17KB which is more than the 2.1 Subsystem mailbox size. In order for this work, at least temporarily, it will point to a patch that reduces the max size. This means the worst case scenario ML-DSA certificate can't be sent over the mailbox, but we can at least prove some functionality until multi-part responses are supported in DPE.
