Added some Travis-CI setup to validate that the site builds. Someone with the permission will need to enable the hook https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/getting-started#To-get-started-with-Travis-CI
Fixed some liquid template issues I ran into, and switched to using the Gem used by GH Pages.
