- Added HiFi4 NNLib patch to disable condition checks in:
- dilated_conv2d_std_v2_per_chan_sym8sxsym16s
- xa_nn_reduce_mean_4D_asym16s_asym16s kernel
- Added HiFi5 NNLib patch to disable a condition check in:
- xa_nn_reduce_mean_4D_asym16s_asym16s kernel
