  1. Updated compression logic for Batch matmul operator's TFLM CREF code
  2. Updated HiFi NNLib patches to modify condition checks for leaky_relu 8-bit and 16-bit precision kernels.
  3. Updated HiFi4 NNLib patch for performance improvement of special case for ADD, MUL, SQUARED_DIFF 8-bit precision operators.
