This
boolfield was added in #2391 without documentation.It confused me while I was upgrading wast from 241.0 to 243.0+, so I'm here to document it.
I didn't link the doc comment to the custom-descriptors proposal, because
HeapType::Exactis not linked either.Also relates to #2295.
