Usage

A dictionary tool for RIME. Simply download scel file from https://pinyin.sogou.com/dict and run the following command. (Taking popular_now as an example.)

scel2rime popular_now.scel

This will produce a file named luna_pinyin.sogou.popular_now.dict.yaml.
