Live Chat

Considerations:

• Live Chat Button is a non-deployable element in Live Chat (LC) feature setup;
• Embedded Service Deployments (ESD) (formerly Snap-Ins) cannot be deployed to scratch orgs;
• LC requires Salesforce Site registered/activated for hosting ESD scripts;
• Individual users should be added to proper configurations manually (Queue, Chat Configuration);
• Service Presence Status values should be added to respective permission set(s) manually.
