Pull request overview
This PR updates the LICENSE.txt file to add the author's name and significantly expands the README.md with licensing documentation, payment information, and contribution details. The changes attempt to layer ethical payment expectations on top of the standard MIT License while maintaining that the software remains free to use under MIT License terms.
Changes:
- Added author name (Peter H. Boling) to LICENSE.txt copyright notice
- Added attribution for the ore tool creator in the README
- Replaced simple license reference with extensive licensing documentation including "Big Business" definitions, paid license terms, and ethical payment expectations
- Added fundraising section with multiple donation/sponsorship links and badges

The license documentation contains contradictory statements about MIT License permissions. Lines 342-343 state that MIT License "let you use and share this software for noncommercial purposes and in small business for free" and that selling copies requires a paid license for big businesses. However, the standard MIT License grants unrestricted rights to all users, including commercial use and selling copies without restrictions. Line 344 correctly acknowledges this contradiction by stating "big businesses don't have to pay the fee, as this project exists under the standard MIT license." This conflicting messaging is confusing and could mislead users about their actual legal rights. The documentation should be clarified to avoid creating confusion between ethical recommendations and actual legal requirements.
