I just saw that https://hive.apache.org/community/bylaws/ uses the domain names with dots instead of dashes (so no spam protection). I thought we could do the same here as well, and I've updated the PR. |

Remove the unnecessary ref shortcut for email addresses (and fix one of the mail addresses).
