There was a problem hiding this comment.
I had to add this section manually, it was blank after running
uv run ./dev/release/generate-changelog.py 53.0.0 branch-53 53.1.0 > dev/changelog/53.1.0.md
So I had to pull it manually
git shortlog -sn 53.0.0..upstream/branch-53
