+This talk presents a structured, practical approach to migrating
+virtualized environments from VMware to CloudStack/KVM. It covers the
+full migration lifecycle, starting with environment discovery and
+detailed documentation, followed by planning and technical
+preparation. Attendees will learn how to validate the migration
