Update the cutout method to increase the variety of the overview cuts. Thanks @dicknascarsixtynine for flagging the issue

I must say, this is one of the best pull requests I've ever seen. I'm not even going to look at the code. I just really needed this right now. So great! Hahaha. Thank you. |
