Pull request for Chapter 2 notebooks that were under my responsibility, in this case, notebooks for applications 2.1, 2.7, 2.9 and 2.13. Application 2.1 might need some review, since I had to implement a python version of Gram-Schmidt process based on the original Matlab code, and there might be bug (semantic ones). The other notebooks seems to be fine.
