Added 8 new questions (one per active world) covering identified gaps in concepts such as comments, type conversion, power operator, logical operators, loop control, default parameters, list sorting, and string counting. All questions are validated by existing tests.

- basic_commands: Comments (basic_15)
- variables: Float conversion (var_15)
- numbers: Power operator (num_15)
- conditions: Logical AND (dec_15)
- loops: Continue statement (loop_15)
- functions: Multiple default parameters (func_15)
- lists: Sort method (list_15)
- strings: Count method (strings_15)

All questions follow the kid-friendly tone and format. Verified with tests.
