feat: Add daily questions to all worlds #123

Added one new question to each of the 8 active worlds to improve concept coverage: - basic_commands: Comments (basic_15) - variables: Float conversion (var_15) - numbers: Power operator (num_15) - conditions: Logical AND (dec_15) - loops: Continue statement (loop_15) - functions: Multiple default parameters (func_15) - lists: Sort method (list_15) - strings: Count method (strings_15) All questions follow the kid-friendly tone and format. Verified with tests.
