- does it make sense to add the index to the key query interface instead of the use of an extra repository?
- added go mod files
- fixed import paths to run tests

- added DjoemoTime
- added djoemo Model & ModelInterface that provides methods to use when
using Optimistic lock
- added Iterator type that provides scan functionality;
- added optimistic lock, scan, conditional update methods;
- added/adjusted tests accordingly
- added context to functions
- added initialization of creation/update date
- split up key validation check
