I am a Master's student specializing in Bioinformatics with a strong background in large-scale data processing, reproducible pipelines, and computational genomics. My work focuses on leveraging High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments and machine learning to tackle complex biological problems, including de novo genome assembly and regulatory element prediction.
