Core - Fix exit stance and ragdoll for helper animation compartments

When merged this pull request will:

• Add attribute for forcing ragdoll when terminating helper anim compartment and enable it for carrying and dragging
• Always send character into ragdoll when exiting helper anim compartment while uncon
• Remove terrain pos search for ejecting, as it gets ignored

Background:

• Latest Reforger update changed compartment handling to force a specific stance on exit, unless we bypass it by forcing ragdoll.
