Ideally, this would be integrated with dumpgenerator. Also, maybe someone can help with replacing the BeautifulSoup with regexen as much as possible (I'm OK, but not great with them).
Spaghetti code but it works. In order to have a working DokuWiki dump directory, you also need to create directories: locks, index, tmp, cache, and make sure they have the right permissions. The dumps only work in new versions of DokuWiki.
