This PR updates the camera and video camera virtual things to use forms rather than links, which makes them work in the UI again (closes #68). Thank you @bewee for the changes you previously proposed in #62 which I have incorporated into this PR.
I've also updated the default profile directory and context URLs (fixes #65), bumped some npm packages, bumped the version number and updated the build and release workflows in preparation for tagging a new release.
