Needs rebase and more delinting. Also, I always feel like there are lots more places that these options have to be added, where similar types get created from other types, and there's usually bugs related to an option not being passed through in certain scenarios. Have a good check to see what happens with other options.

I chased one of the other fields through (ReqGroup) and saw where the job was cloned and got data from; I did that until I got to the command package.
