This pull request updates the
export_public_data.pyscript to enhance the exported variant data for score sets. The main improvement is the inclusion of additional annotation columns and post-mapped HGVS information in the CSV exports, making the data more comprehensive for downstream users.Enhancements to CSV export:
vep,gnomad, andclingenannotation columns, and enabledinclude_post_mapped_hgvsfor a separateannotationcsv file during export.
