ChromeFT8

A Chrome extension that decodes FT8 and FT4 signals directly from browser audio.

Decode FT8/FT4 from any WebSDR in your browser - no external software required.

Installation

  1. Download and unzip this repository
  2. Go to chrome://extensions
  3. Enable "Developer mode" (top right)
  4. Click "Load unpacked" and select the folder

Usage

  1. Open a WebSDR in your browser
  2. Tune to an FT8 frequency (14.074 MHz) or FT4 frequency (14.080 MHz)
  3. Click the extension icon
  4. Select FT8 or FT4 mode
  5. Click "Start" to begin decoding
