Added a fully functional and stylish footer with all links working.
Included a newsletter subscription section in the footer.
Added welcome screen text to create spacing between the navbar and footer.
Removed unnecessary "Home" text from Home.jsx.
Set the title to “CohortGate”.
Integrated the existing NIT logo from the assets folder.

Future Footer Enhancements:

Dark Mode
Newsletter backend integration
