This PR adds support for Core Lightning(CLN).
There is a little catch though, users will have to add a
protodirectory to their root directory and add two filescln.protoandprimitives.prototo theprotodirectory(I actually added this instruction to the README). I will appreciate it if there is an alternative to this, so users don't have to do this each time they intend to use CLN.This PR only supports the paywall feature
